After Kubota has introduced the BF3500, its latest fixed chamber round baler model, it is now available in the FlexiWrap baler-wrapper combination as well, which is an extension of the Kubota baler-wrapper range. The BF3500 FlexiWrap is aimed at the highest professional segment and is part of the range that includes two variable chamber models.

This heavy-duty combination is designed to handle the most intense conditions and is ideal for professional farmers and contractors who are focusing on productivity.
A standard 2.30m wide pick-up is included on the BF3500. The five-tine bar reel incorporates a cam track on both ends, and is supported by four bearings.

The rotor intake is equipped with a chopping unit of 15 knives. Each knife is seating on its own protection and allows for a theoretical cutting length of 72mm. The standard parallelogram drop floor is opens up the space on the rear part of the rotor and on the front, ensures optimal cleaning in case of any blockages.

The machine’s bale chamber has 18 ribbed rollers and is designed for making heavy bales. The two support rollers and the 50mm two-row bearings in the main areas are capable of supporting heavy loads and ensure low maintenance costs.

The PowerBind netting unit, with its market-leading low loading height and quick roll exchange, gives the user maximum comfort and safety. These advantages also apply to the film–on–film technology, which is available as an option for further enhancing the forage quality. It keeps using a very simple upgrade of the PowerBind system itself.

The Kubota BF3500 range has become more versatile with the introduction of film-on-film application, which allows users to take advantage of the improvements in silage quality.

The bale transfer device is unique in the way it operates. The wrapping table goes directly under the chamber to take the bale and moves backward to the satellites, enabling a smooth and efficient transfer. This method ensures safe operation even in the steepest slopes without the need for any complex transfer arm.

The twin satellite wrapper with three stretching rollers ensures a fast and high-quality wrapping. Fitted with a scissor-type cut and hold system, it makes a clean cut and firmly keeps the film ready for the next bale.

The ISOBUS electronic is fully standard and can be controlled by the ISOMATCH TELLUS PRO or directly from the tractor terminal. A rear-mounted control panel allows the main operations of the wrapper to be controlled manually from the back of the machine, such as the ten film rolls storage mounted on hydraulic folding for higher operator comfort when changing film rolls.
